We use a third party payment processor to process and manage the storage of users payments details, in a PCI DSS compliant manner. The third party payment processor is committed to protecting the users information.

How long we keep information

  • Contracts where the service provided includes sale of items at auction, purchase of items at auction, bidding at auction, internal valuations carried out at Boldon Auction Galleries, external valuations carried out at client’s home or valuation venue, written valuations or services for private treaty or willing buyer/willing seller transactions. The retention period is 7 years from the conclusion of the contract.
  • Contracts where the service provided includes written valuations for Probate or Insurance purposes. The retention period is unfixed due to the nature of service provided (maximum length of retention 50 years).

Your rights
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
