I would just like to say how lovely it is coming to your auction rooms. The staff are always so pleasant and obliging, I am particularly impressed with Harry who never grumbles at the weight of things he has to carry to the car for me, he’s a real find. Also I’d like to mention the girl in the office unfortunately I don’t know her name who bid on my behalf about a month ago as I wouldn’t get to the auction in time, wonderful staff, treasure them.
