Boldon Auction Galleries provide a full range of professional valuation services for pre-sale, insurance, probate or family division purposes. These can be arranged by appointment at either your home or in the saleroom and in each case are tailored to suit the individual client’s needs.
We offer an efficient, professional and confidential service for executors and trustees. Duplicate bound copies of the valuation for Probate will be prepared promptly after valuation. We also offer full house clearance if required, collecting all items for auction and removing and disposing of items of no value.
Valuation for sale purposes may vary from a single item to an entire collection. A full bound inventory can be prepared with illustrations if needed.

We offer a full house clearance service which involves clearing saleable items and disposing of unsaleable property. Our Porters have many years experience in the clearing of properties across the North East.
