Clearing my mum's house was always going to be a difficult day but the removal team were absolute superstars. I would just like to say how lovely it is coming to your auction rooms. The staff are always so pleasant and obliging, I am particularly impressed with Harry who never grumbles at the weight of things he has to carry to the car for me, he’s a real find. Also I’d like to mention the girl in the office unfortunately I don’t know her name who bid on my behalf about a month ago as I wouldn’t get to the auction in time, wonderful staff, treasure them.

Hello there Just like to say how much I enjoyed viewing the auction yesterday morning. Wow you worked so hard auctioning all those lots and managing online as well as in the room bids as well as cleverly encouraging the bidding upwards. I was pleased to see you had a cuppas to keep you going all that time! Thank you I felt we did really well all told and I was surprised by the bids on some things like the uniforms of my uncle and grandad, I cried in relief when I knew someone had bought them.
